Our Team
Brian Pastore
Principal
Brian Pastore is an experienced trial attorney who has managed hundreds of cases throughout every stage of civil litigation at both the state and federal levels. While his primary focus is on employment law, Mr. Pastore also brings significant experience as a personal injury lawyer, handling catastrophic injury cases involving the brain, spine, and automobile accidents.
In employment law, Mr. Pastore specializes in contract disputes, sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and workplace discrimination. His decade of experience defending corporations, small businesses, and insurance companies gives him unique insight into how these entities operate, allowing him to better advocate for his clients.
Beyond his legal practice, Mr. Pastore holds a biomedical engineering degree from Boston University and worked as a manager within Harvard Business School’s Information Technology Group, further sharpening his strategic and technical skills. Today, he remains dedicated to helping clients achieve justice and the compensation they deserve in both workplace and personal injury cases.
Andrew Morrison is an experienced trial attorney with a proven track record of putting complicated cases in front of a jury… and winning.
Mr. Morrison possesses substantial employment law and personal injury litigation experience, and furthermore, he understands how to achieve outstanding results for his clients across multiple legal disciplines including contracts, real property, employment law, personal injury, and landlord-tenant disputes.
Before becoming a trial attorney, Mr. Morrison graduated cum laude with a B.A. from Columbia University in 1995. After graduation, Mr. Morrison spent a decade working as a software engineer and technical project manager in Silicon Valley before receiving his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 2008.
Today, Mr. Morrison’s focuses his practice on business litigation and trials; however he also handles cases involving automobile accidents, severe brain injuries, and toxic mold.

Brian really is "as good as it gets" when it comes to having a lawyer that takes you and your issue seriously.
